When will my order arrive?
Free standard US shipping. Arrives two to five business days after it ships. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Express transit is 1–3 business days after shipment. Express does not shorten processing time. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Choose your shipping option at checkout.
How do I use the strips?
Place one strip on your tongue and let it dissolve. Take no more than one strip per person in any 24 hours. Melting time is not a promised time to feel an effect. Read the product label before use, including the shellfish warning.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Email Trytwosofficial@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. We’ll check whether our fulfillment partner can still change or cancel your order. Once preparation has begun, this may no longer be possible, even before shipment. Your request is not confirmed until we confirm it. See our refund policy for details.
How do refunds work?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Unopened tins qualify for a full refund; opened tins are reviewed case by case. No physical returns. See our refund policy for details.
